Student Wellness Program By Akshar Yoga
Akshar Yoga and Times Foundation – Bangalore are geared up to strengthen the roots of Yoga education in Schools and Colleges across the State. Times Foundation in collaboration with Akshar Yoga started the Student Wellness Programme by introducing Yoga to the student community in Bangalore.
Around 1000 students along with teachers and staff participated in the day’s programme with Grand Master Akshar interacting with the students and sharing the importance and the need for yoga along with teaching the enthusiastic students with various Asanas and breathing techniques.
Yoga provides the tools for self-improvement while encouraging a sense of healthy competitiveness in students.
