  • PawanMuktasana: Pawanmuktasana literally means Gas Releasing Pose. If you are suffering from constipation, practicing this pose regularly will help cure many digestive disorders caused by indigestion
  • BaddhaKonsana: The Butterfly Pose helps stimulate and heal the digestive system. Reduce your stress by practising this posture, this will also improve digestion. Gas, bloating, and cramping are relieved.
  • ArdhaMatsyendrasana: Half Lord of the Fishes Pose, Half Spinal Twist Pose or Vakrasana is an asana with many variations. The asana usually appears as a seated spinal twist which takes care of digestive problems, obesity, weight etc.
